Mentorship and youth engagement can help to increase interest in, knowledge of, and opportunities to participate in the field of contraceptive R&D among students, young professionals, and early-career researchers. These activities contribute to identifying and supporting the next generation of contraceptive researchers, which in turn will strengthen the contraceptive ecosystem, a goal that is at the core of the CTI Exchange.
